When I'm not helping our customers find great toys, I decorate cakes. So when I was asked to make a "naughty" bachelorette cake, I rose to the challenge with these pans. Each pan will hold about 6 1/2 cups of batter, and needs lots of non stick spray. To make 2 cakes will definitely take 2 boxes of cake mix. The 2 pans make it easy to make a 3-D cake. (If you only use one pan, still use 2 cake mixes and use extra batter to make cupcakes to give to guests at the party!) For even more naughtiness (or authenticity) I added a cream filling by whipping together 1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a 1/4 cup milk - which will make about 1 1/2 cups. Poke holes in top of cake and fill with tall pastry tip at 2 inch intervals down the middle of the cake, and do one hole at "the tip". I frosted mine with a mocha buttercream, and used tinted brown coconut around the base. An inexpensive and fun addition to any baker's repertoire!
Easy to use!

These were inexpensive and easy to use. The cakes came out fabulously! I suggest using a lot of non-stick spray and my oven did bake these faster than if I had used glass baking dishes.
